ND Approach - Sam Harrison
We used neuro-developmental therapy with our son, Sam, for 10 years and continue to integrate aspects of it in his daily life. Sam was 7 years old when we began. It fit in so well with homeschooling and gave us tools and activities to help Sam with sensory integration, using language, connect his brain and body, making progress in academic areas, eye contact, anxiety issues, and building strength and coordination. As his mom, it was a joy to see him grow and participate in the gains he was making. ND is a holistic approach, which makes so much more sense than separating out each therapy. It takes commitment and dedication, but it is worth the effort as you watch your child reach toward his potential.
