Joining the Hope And A Future Family

Your NeuroDevelopmental Journey starts with a consultation for each individual. The neurodevelopmental process includes three consultations per year.  The consultation includes a detailed History/Application form for Initial evaluations (INP Summary Reviews for subsequent evaluations), an NDApproach evaluation, a thorough interpretation and discussion of the results (and the family's questions, concerns, goals, etc.), a nutritional appraisement (when appropriate) and an Individualized NeuroDevelopmental Plan (INP).  An INP is designed specifically to target the exact needs of each client.  Training for implementation of the INP is through a web-based program offering written and/or video explanations.  Once a client receives their INP, the support team at HAAF is ready and available to assist the client, until their next consultation, through email, video clips sent, phone, or zoom/facetime. Online tracking reports are available, if helpful. Subsequent consultations are scheduled at the time of the current consultation. When the next trimester consultation is not scheduled, it is the responsibility of the individual family to contact Hope And A Future to discuss what options are available.

Having Three Consultations Per Year is Pivotal to the Success of the NeuroDevelopmental Approach

The NeuroDevelopmentalist needs to track the course of the client and monitor the recommended protocol's affect.  They need to make the necessary changes to the INP, in a timely manner, in order to keep the stimulation to the brain appropriate.  When there are times that perhaps less than desired was accomplished (through illness, holidays, busyness of life, etc.) it is still critically important to keep your consultation schedule.  Needs will change, you want the most important stimulation being done, and more often than not, more is accomplished than realized. Even a little NDApproach goes a long way!  Gaining the knowledge of how things have changed, being encouraged with those changes, and strategizing how best to adapt the updated INP to fit the next four month timeframe of your life is significant to the success of your NDApproach Journey. Going eight months between assessments is far too long of a period of time and often leads to even more challenges and the loss of precious time.  Families achieve the best support, and results, by having consistent consultations.

Hope And A Future intentionally chose three consultations per year (rather than four) as being what we have seen historically work best for each family's ultimate goals and success. Any interrupted time due to "events in life" are factored into the triannual consultations and are understood as part of the process, when/should they occur. 

Fee Schedule

Initial Consultations are $675.00USD and then $150.00USD per month until completion.
Recurring billing starts the month following your initial assessment. Monthly fees cover family contact/ support (email, zoom/facetime, phone), administration, and subsequent consultations. 

MULTI-FAMILY DISCOUNT 

                                Each additional family member (living in the same house) concurrently seen:
