Consultation Packages

Each Consultation Package includes three assessments per year.  The assessment includes an NDApproach evaluation, a thorough interpretation of the results, a nutritional appraisement and an Individualized NeuroDevelopmental Plan (INP).  An INP is designed specifically to target the exact needs of each client.  Training for implementation of the INP is through a web-based program offering written and/or video explanations.  Once a client receives their INP, the support team at HAAF is ready and available to assist the client, until their next evaluation, through email, phone and online monthly tracking reports.

Having Three Assessments Per Year is Pivotal to the Success of the NeuroDevelopmental Approach

The NeuroDevelopmentalist needs to track the course of the client and monitor the recommended protocol's affect.  They need to make the necessary changes to the INP, in a timely manner, in order to keep the stimulation to the brain appropriate. 

The client is supported by having consistent feedback as to what changes are being observed, knowing they are doing the most targeted interventions as well as receiving encouragement to keep on the course of their NDApproach INP.

Package One

1 Remote and 2 Hands On Consultations per year

This option is available for those who are able to access a Hope And A Future location.   Initial Consultation $675.00USD.   Reevaluations are $600.00 (paid monthly, through recurring billing of 150.00USD , starting the month following your initial evaluation) *

Package Two

1 Hands On and 2 Remote Consultations per year

This option is popular for those who are able to only travel once per year to a Hope And A Future location.   Initial Consultation $675.00USD.   Reevaluations are $600.00 (paid monthly, through recurring billing of 150.00USD , starting the month following your initial evaluation) *

Package Three

3 Remote Consultations per year

This option is greatly beneficial for those who are unable to travel or live internationally.  Initial Consultation $675.00USD.   Reevaluations are $600.00 (paid monthly, through recurring billing of 150.00USD , starting the month following your initial evaluation) *

MULTI-FAMILY DISCOUNT (Family members living in the same house)
Each additional family member (living in the same house) concurrently seen:
Initial Consult $550.00USD, Reevaluations $400.00USD  (paid monthly, through recurring billing of 150.00USD , starting the month following your initial evaluation) *

*Please Note: Subsequent evaluations are $600.00USD and $400.00USD each additional family member (living in the same house) when seen concurrently.

When a re-evaluation is done sooner than four months, there will be a balance due on the day of the re-evaluation.
The balance due is the difference between the evaluation fee and what has been received through recurring monthly billing.
